License Agreement

TL;DR; Personal License: Build an unlimited number of AI SaaS products as an individual developer. Team License: Build an unlimited number of AI SaaS products as a team.
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between shipsaas ("Licensor") and you ("Licensee") regarding the use of the shipsaas AI SaaS Template ("Product"). By using the Product, you agree to these terms.
1. License Types and Rights
1.1 Personal License
shipsaas grants you a Personal License, which includes:
- Development of an unlimited number of AI SaaS applications
- Use of all included AI service templates and components
- Commercial use rights for the applications you develop
- Access to basic documentation and community support
1.2 Team License
shipsaas grants you a Team License, which includes:
- All Personal License features
- Team collaboration capabilities
- Advanced AI integration templates
- Enterprise-grade features and configurations
- Priority technical support
- Advanced AI service implementation guides
2. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Resell the template code as a standalone product
- Share license keys or access credentials
- Remove shipsaas attribution and copyright notices
- Publicly redistribute the source code
- Create a competing AI template product
- Use the code in violation of any laws or regulations
3. Intellectual Property
The Product, including all source code, documentation, and AI integration templates, remains the exclusive property of shipsaas. Your license grants you the right to use the Product but does not transfer ownership.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. shipsaas does not warrant that the Product will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
shipsaas shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:
- The use or inability to use the Product
- Integration with third-party AI services
- Data processing or AI model operations
- Service interruptions or failures
6. Term and Termination
shipsaas may terminate your license if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Product and destroy all copies.
7. Support and Updates
- Personal License includes community support
- Team License includes priority email support
- Updates and improvements are provided at the sole discretion of shipsaas
